By accessing or using the services provided by AI Home Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
AI Home Services provides AI-powered voice agents, web chatbots, and related automation services for home service contractors. Services are provided on a subscription basis following a one-time setup fee. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice.
Setup fees are due upon signing. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our guarantee policy. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our AI systems complies with applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations (TCPA in the US, CASL in Canada) and call recording disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. You must obtain any required consents before using our outbound calling services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All AI models, software, and systems developed by AI Home Services remain our intellectual property. Custom scripts, voice personas, and training data built specifically for your business are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
